Who we are
DALI ROOM Auction Watch is operated by DALI ROOM (daliroom.com). Contact: auctions@daliroom.com.
What we collect
- Alert signups: your email address, the categories, budget range, sale location and frequency you choose, and the date you signed up.
- Link submissions: the URL you send, your optional note, and your email address if you choose to give one.
- Basic technical data: our hosting provider processes standard server logs (IP address, browser, requested page) to deliver the site and prevent abuse.
We do not ask for your name, address, phone number, or payment details. We do not collect information about works you own.
Why we use it
- To send you the Auction Watch digest you asked for.
- To review, verify and publish submitted auction links.
- To follow up if a submission needs clarification.
- To keep the site secure and working.
Our legal basis for the digest is your consent; for submissions and site security, our legitimate interest in running the service.
Who can see it
Data is stored with our infrastructure providers — currently Supabase (database) and Vercel (hosting) — and processed by our workflow automation tool for discovery and email delivery. We do not sell, rent or trade your data, and we do not use it for advertising profiling.
How long we keep it
Alert subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe, then deleted within 30 days. Submissions are kept as part of the editorial record; the email address attached to a submission is deleted once the review is closed.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the data we hold about you, and you can withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link or emailing auctions@daliroom.com. We respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If site analytics are added later, this page will be updated before they go live.
Children
The site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
